HelixPoint provides subscription-based digital software services. This Refund Policy explains when subscription fees or service charges may be refunded.
2. Subscription Fees
Subscription fees are billed in advance for access to HelixPoint software platforms. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- You cancel your subscription within 7 days of your initial purchase and have not materially used the service
- You were charged incorrectly due to a technical or billing error
- Duplicate or unauthorized charges occurred
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided when:
- The service has been materially used beyond the refund window
- Charges relate to prior billing cycles
- Dissatisfaction is based on personal preference rather than service availability
- Your account was suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy
5. Usage-Based Features
Certain plans may include usage-based features or internal service units used to access platform functionality. Once usage has occurred, fees related to that usage may not be refundable.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact the platform owner first if the issue relates to platform-specific services
- If unresolved, email us at refunds@helixpoint.co within 7 days of the transaction
- Include the following information:
- Transaction ID or receipt
- Account email address
- Platform name
- Detailed description of the issue
- Amount of credits purchased
- Date and time of purchase
- Allow 5-7 business days for review and response
7. Approved Refunds
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days
- Access to refunded services may be revoked
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage customers to contact HelixPoint directly before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly and fairly.
9. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
